I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were varied, with some offering big typical windows and garden views, but others had windows too high to even look out of and an unpleasant moldy smell. The lack of adequate air circulation was noticeable. The service was satisfactory with attentive housekeeping and helpful tours/ticket assistance. The location was great, being near a convenient metro line and not far from the city center and nice restaurants. However, the dining options were lacking, except for delicious cakes. Overall, the facilities were decent, with some room for improvement.
